The setting is a clinic waiting area. Fatigue makes everyone impatient. Nothing extraordinary is planned; there is only an ordinary moment asking for a response.

Instead of making the situation larger, one person helps an older visitor understand the process. In that small choice, the principle of listening before advising becomes visible: help becomes more accurate when understanding comes before instruction.

The scene closes without applause. Its value is in repeatability. A practical way to carry the lesson forward is to ask one sincere question and listen fully before offering a solution.

Lesson
Help becomes more accurate when understanding comes before instruction.
